About AA: AA is a Fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to acheive sobriety.
District 21: District 21 is a link between the Area, which consist of all the districts of North Carolina. District 21 consist of the counties of Davie, Iredell, and Rowan. The GSR'S and DCM'S have a district business meeting on a quartily base.
GSR'S & DCM'S: GSR'S(Group Service Representives) are elected by their home groups. The GSR represents their home group at the district and area levels. DCM'S(District Committee Members) are elected by the GSR'S om their district. The DCM is the link between their districts GSR'S at the are service structure.
District Calendar
The next District meeting will be held on July 20th at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1908 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury, NC. The meeting will start with a covered dish lunch at 1:00p.m., followed by the business meeting at 2:00p.m.
CPC/PI(Cooperation Professional Community/Public Information) of the Rowan area holds their meeting on the first Saturday of each month at 10:00a.m. at 304 Depot St., Salisbury.
